The family would like to express their deep appreciation and gratitude to the physicians, nursing, and other medical staff of the University Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute and CV PACU for the compassionate and loving care given to Bill.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests either monetary donations be made to The Church of the Good Shepherd or blood donations be made to the Shepeard Blood Center in memory of Bill.

The family will receive friends following the services in the Parish Hall at The Church of the Good Shepherd.
