Walter Ray Cole

Augusta, GA - Mr. Walter Ray Cole, age 76, entered into rest Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Lake Crossing Nursing Home.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 28, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Cole was born in Anderson, SC to the late Sammy R. and Margie Hix Cole. Prior to Mr. Cole’s retirement, he was a cook for Waffle house. Mr. Cole was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Fellowship Church on Sibley Road.
Survivors include a son; Johnny Cole, a daughter, Rhonda Baker (James) both of Ashland, TN, two brothers; Albert Cole (Opal) and James Cole, both of Augusta, GA, one sister; Jean Edenfield (Jimmy) of Martinez, GA, four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
