Stephen W. Dr. Turner

Evans, GA – Dr. Stephen W. Turner, 61, husband of the late Michelle Turner, entered into rest on Saturday, July 6, 2013.

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Chaplain Charlie Smith officiating.

Stephen was a graduate of Butler High School in Augusta. After graduation, Stephen joined the United States Navy and began practicing dentistry. He ran his own dental practice in Atlanta, GA for many years. Stephen was a loving father, son, and brother.

Survivors include his son, Amir Turner of Hilton Head, SC, mother, June Jensen Turner of N. Augusta, SC, four brothers, Dr. Harley James Turner, III “Rocky” (Janet) of Spartanburg, SC, Lyle Dale Turner of Lincolnton, GA, Randy Dean Turner (Jodi) of N. Augusta, SC, Stanley Wade Turner (Candy) of Appling, GA, two sisters, Sherry Turner Stewart (Vernon) of N. Augusta, SC, Cindy Turner Youngblood (David) of Martinez, GA. In addition to his wife, Stephen was preceded in death by his father, the late Harley J. Turner.
