Stella Gena Sims

Augusta, GA – Mrs. Stella Gena Sims, 94, entered into rest on Tuesday February 3, 2009 at The Place at Deans Bridge Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Westview Cemetery with the Reverend Baxter Stanley officiating.

Mrs. Sims was a member of First Assembly of God Church and also a Sibley Mill retiree.

Mrs. Sims is survived by her three grandchildren, Marty Sims, Summer Sims, and Joy Collins, and also by her daughter-in-law, Lynn Mizzell.

The family will receive friends on Friday morning February 6, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel.
