Sandra Looney Bowring

Sandra Looney Bowring, age 76 entered into rest on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Doctor’s Hospital.


She was a native of Columbia, South Carolina and a proud member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton David Looney and Ruth Marsh Looney; and her husband, Robert Alan Bowring.

Sandra is survived by her two children, Lisa Alan Bowring of Columbia, South Carolina and Michael Looney Bowring of Evans; and two brothers, Wyman Looney of Columbia, South Carolina and Roy Looney (Martha) of West Columbia, South Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Red Cross.

Services will be private.
