Robert Eugene Hutchinson

Evans,GA- Robert Eugene Hutchinson 72, husband of Joan Loner Hutchinson entered into rest at his residence on Friday, December 26, 2008.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Eddie Bradford officiating. Interment to follow at Bellevue Memorial Park.

Survivors include, one son, Robert Eugene Hutchinson II of Evans, brothers, Forrest Hutchinson of Martinez, Randy Hutchinson of Clio, MI. Sisters, Brenda McKinsey, Deborah Carpenter, of Clio,MI. and Faye Reed of Cleveland,OH. Grandsons, Robert Eugene Hutchinson III, Alexander Hutchinson, Logan Hutchinson, Brittani Swinford.
Mr. Hutchinson was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Swinford.

Mr. Hutchinson retired from the U.S. Army, he served in Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of the ALEE Shrine – Masonic Lodge #710 Martinez, Scottish Rite- Legion of Honor-DAV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Hutchinson will lie in state at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m.
