Milton F. Logan

Appling, GA – Mr. Milton F. Logan,73, beloved husband of Elizabeth Jacqueline “Jackie” Logan, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Kiokee Baptist Church, 2520 Ray Owens Road, Appling, GA. 30802 with the Rev. Steve Hartman officiating. Burial will follow in Kiokee Baptist Church Cemetery.

A native of Washington, GA, Mr. Logan was a manager of Kroger for 19 years. He was a Deacon at Woodlawn Baptist Church. Mr. Logan was an avid Hunter, Fisherman, and enjoyed playing golf. He was a member of Columbia County Fish and Game Club, where he served as Vice-President for many years.

Additional survivors include his three sons, Greg Logan (Robyn) of Hephzibah, GA, Daryle S. Logan(Karen) of Martinez, GA, and Kevin R. Logan of Grovetown, GA; one brother, Arnold Logan; four sisters, Hazel Council (Jimmy), Mary Smith, Glenda Power (George), Jean Crow (Robert); six grandchildren, Michael J. Logan, Jason D. Logan, Shane T. Logan, Ashleigh N. Logan, Trey Morris, Carmon R. Logan; and one great grandchild, Brayden D. Logan

Pallbearers will be Mr. Logan’s Grandsons.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1899 Central Ave, Augusta, Georgia 30904.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
