Michael John Bitetti, Sr.

Augusta, GA.---Mr. Michael (Mike) John Bitetti, Sr., 79, beloved husband of Mrs. Etta Mae Bitetti, entered into rest on Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Select Specialty Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 14, 2011 with Military Honors at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel with Reverend Robert J. Lehn officiating.
A native of Jamesburg, NJ. , Mr. Bitetti was the Chief Television Engineer for the United States Army Television Branch and was a United States Navy Veteran.
Mr. Bitetti was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Jane Bitetti and his daughter, Bernice Bitetti MacDonald
Additional survivors include his son, Michael John Bitetti, Jr. and wife, Debra of Savannah, GA.; a son in law, Stuart D. MacDonald of Grovetown, GA.; a step son, David Martin Clem, Jr. of Martinez, GA.; a step daughter, Corrine Matthai and husband, John of Martinez, GA.; three sisters, Lucy Frandza of Lanoka Harbor, NJ., Patricia Benidict of Ft. Myers, FL. and Carol Hale of Cape Coral, FL.; five grandchildren, Michael, III., Carla, Celia, Scott and Brooke; four step grandchildren, John Paul, Jeremy, Catelyn and Austin; two great grandchildren, Craig and Scott, Jr. and a step great grandchild, Dash.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, January 13, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
