Mary Hadden Libo Agner

Mrs. Mary Hadden “Libo” Agner, 58, beloved wife of 40 years of Russ Agner entered into rest on Friday, February 17, 2017 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at West View Cemetery with Reverend Greg Glover officiating.

Mrs. Agner was born March 2, 1958, the daughter of the late Buck Odom and the late Georgia Odom Johnson. After marrying and starting a family, she became a homemaker, whose entire life revolved around her family. She always put others wellbeing above her own and never let an opportunity pass by to help a stranger.

Other than her parents, Mrs. Agner was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Odom.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Agner is survived by her sons, Andy Hadden, Keith Agner (Krystle), daughter, Brandy Blake (Chad), grandchildren, Bryson Hadden, AJ Hadden, Cameron Agner, Dylan Agner, Ethan Agner and Caleb Blake. Other survivors include her brother, Herbert Odom (Margaret), sisters. Cissy Mooney Horne and Laney Bedenbaugh, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family has asked for memorial donations be made to the Mary Agner Fund at Wells Fargo Bank, 3115 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA, 30906.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, at Platt’s Funeral Home Crawford Avenue.
