Martha Pauline Sauls

Martinez, GA – Mrs. Martha “Pauline” Sauls, 79, wife of the late Mr. Earl F. Sauls, Jr., entered into rest on Friday, March 30, 2012.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Oscar Whiteside officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Native of Augusta, GA, Mrs. Sauls retired from Carole Fabrics. She loved fishing and camping, Nascar racing, was a avid Braves Fan, loved Seek and Find puzzles. Mrs. Sauls was a loving mother, mima, and second momma to family and friends.

She is survived by one son, Danny Seigler of Wilmington, NC, seven daughters, Bobbie Usry (Ronnie) of Evans, GA, Deborah Neeley of Augusta, GA, Linda Corley (Butch) of Augusta, GA, Cindy Sauls of Grovetown, GA, Tammy Sprouse (Teddy) of Grovetown, GA, Sandra Sauls of Grovetown, GA, Julie Meadows (Mike) of Martinez, GA, twenty six grandchildren, many great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren, host of nieces and nephews, family and dear friends, in laws Freddie and Bobby Boswell, Dale Knox, Lois Carroll, and honorable friends Linda Hill, Billy and Tonya Wilkes, and Mr. Pete.

She is preceded in death by her parents Troy and Alice Carroll, one daughter Gail Sauls, one brother, and four sisters.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Christopher McElroy “Dr. Mac”.

Pallbearers will Ryan Hicks, Dillon Sprouse, Cody Barton, Donny Barton, Jr., Danny Barton, and Jamie Corley. Honorary Pallbearers will be Austin Underwood, Tyler Alexander, Dustin Lott, and Lee Storey

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 2, 2012 at the funeral home form 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
