Lucile Pruitt Partridge

Augusta, GA – Mrs. Lucile Pruitt Partridge, left this life on Thursday, February 5, 2009 to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ at her residence.

Celebration of life services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2009 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Brian LaFavor. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, the late Mr. James Robert “Boots” Partridge.

She is survived by her two daughters, Judy P. Godman (George), Joan P. Carter, all of Augusta. One brother, Lowell Pruitt (May); one sister, Velma Keeble all of Alabama; four grandchildren, Sharon M. Jones (Murray), Richard A. Martin, Tab R. Carter, Tracy L. Carter, and seven beloved great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to, Crawford Avenue Baptist Church, 507 Crawford Avenue, Augusta, Georgia 30904, where Mrs. Partridge faithfully worshipped since 1945.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday, at Platt’s Crawford Avenue.
