Louise M. Jones

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Louise Moody Jones, 92, beloved wife of the late John Paul Jones Sr., entered into rest on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 21, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Platt's Crawford Avenue with the Rev. George Rinker officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Jones is survived by her daughters, Miriam Lollis and her husband, Furman, of Appling, and Barbara Rinker of Martinez, a son, John Paul Jones Jr., and his wife, Cindy, of Hephzibah, a brother, Edward Moody of Augusta, two sisters, Mildred Williamson of Augusta and Jenelle Fields of Beech Island. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Lea Ann Owens, Charles Lollis, George Rinker, Frank Rinker, Brian Jones, Meagan Elizabeth Jones, and Georgia Smith, and two great grandchildren. The family would to thank special friends Leigh Ann, Amy, Lillie, and Tyler. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, January 20, 2008 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
