Lillian A. Correa

Mrs. Lillian A. Correa, beloved wife of Colonel Arnaldo L. Correa, U.S. Army, Retired, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

Mrs. Correa was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico to the late William Anderson and Amalia Crespo Anderson. Mrs. Correa and her husband of 68 years lived and traveled to many different military bases in the states and Europe while raising three children. An avid runner and former public school teacher, she loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed gourmet cooking and entertaining. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Correa is survived by daughters, Lillian Correa (Dianna Bell) of Atlanta, GA and Vivian I. Correa (John Ziegert) of Charlotte, NC, son, Arnaldo L. Correa, Jr. (Sandra) of Tybee Island, GA, grandchildren, Nicholas A. Correa of Houston, TX, Abby Ziegert of Harrisburg, PA and Ellie Ziegert of Charlotte, NC

Private interment services will be held, at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.

A memorial service at Brandon Wilde will be announced, at a later date
