Julia Marie Henley

Augusta, GA---Mrs. Julia Marie Henley, 94, beloved wife of 61 years to the late Mr. James E. Henley, entered into rest on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Golden Living Windermere.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 in Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Reverend David Keener officiating.
A native of Oakdale, IL., Mrs. Henley was an avid golfer, wonderful cook and enjoyed entertaining family and friends. She was a member of Delta Theta Tau sorority. Mrs. Henley was also a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Henley was preceded in death by her son, Ronald George Henley and grandson, John Kevin Stamper.
She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Ann Stamper( Bob); two grandchildren, Stephanie Huggins (Wilson) and Scott Stamper (Alison); seven great grandchildren, Robert Trevor Huggins(Danielle), Hailie Maryanna Huggins, John Kevin Huggins, Sydney Marie Stamper, Jordan Bowen, Sarah Caroline Caveney, and Michael Henley Caveney .

The family will receive friends at the Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 2:00 PM until service time.
