Juanita Roberson

Martinez, GA – Juanita Roberson, 74, loving wife of 57 years to Alden Roberson, entered into rest on Friday, November 18, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Billy Cain officiating. Burial will follow at Westover Memorial Gardens.

Juanita was passionate about her family. She loved life and enjoyed doing new things. Her happiest time was when she and Alden traveled the world and experienced different cultures. She made friends fast and her laugh was infectious. Juanita also enjoyed quilting, decorating, trying new recipes, shopping, and knitting.

In addition to her husband, survivors include her son; Daniel Alden Roberson (Tina), daughter; Reneé Cain (Billy), six brothers; Jimmy Evans (Mary) Bobby Evans (Janice), Sammy Evans (Sheryl), Wilbur Evans ( Berta Faye), Doug Evans, William Wayne Evans (Marie), four sisters; Frances Ware (Norris), Donna Sue Bolton, Nikki Evans, Millie Faye Trammell, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
