Jon Mark Thornhill

Evans – Mr. Jon Mark Thornhill, 60, beloved husband of Paula Thornhill, entered into rest on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel with Craig Middleton officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Thornhill, a native of Tennessee, was a member of Central Church of Christ. He loved baseball, and coached Dixie Youth in the area for many years.

In addition to his wife, Paula, he is survived by his sons, Mark Thornhill (Trish), Chad Thornhill (Rebecca) and Tim Thornhill (Amanda), his sister, Tat Thornhill and his grandsons, Trey, Cody and Charlie Thornhill.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
