John David Parsons, Sr.

Martinez, GA – John David Parsons, Sr., 79, loving husband of 57 years to Patricia Parsons, entered into rest on Thursday, June 7, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Bobby Eubanks officiating.

John retired from Martin Marietta after 41 years. He was a hardworking man and he enjoyed working in his yard. John was always willing to help someone in need and he found joy in helping others.

In addition to his wife, survivors include his son; John David Parsons, Jr. (Brenda) of Appling, GA, two grandsons; Mitchell Parsons of Appling, GA, Matthew Parsons of Martinez, GA.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
