John Benedict Bellotti

Mr. John Benedict Bellotti, 74, beloved husband of Sally Bellotti, entered into rest on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Platt's Belair Road Chapel with the Rev. Peter Nguyen officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Bellotti was a native of Queens, New York. He was a US Army veteran who served in Vietnam. After his army service, he enlisted in the Air National Guard for several years.

In addition to his wife, Sally, he is survived by a son and daughter in law; John E. and Amanda Bellotti, his grandchildren; Haley Fortson and Isabella Bellotti, a son in law; William Cleveland, a brother; Michael Bellotti (Bruce Davis), and his sisters; Patricia Dilella and Barbara Olsavsky (Paul). He was preceded in death by his daughter; Tracy Cleveland.

Pallbearers will be Chad Medlin, Kevin Olsavsky, William Cleveland, Russell Bruyninckx, Jason Lee and Jeff Bella.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, November 30, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
