Jesse Joe Yassney

Jesse Joe Yassney, 27, entered into rest on Thursday, July 24, 2014 after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 28, 2014 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Jesse was born in Augusta, GA and attended Evans High School. Jesse was a friend to everybody he met and he loved to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoyed all things outdoors, especially grilling. Jesse was a fun spirited person and an overall joy to be around.

Survivors include his parents; Edward and Shirley Yassney, his daughter; Helen Yassney, fiancée; Jill McCombs, and her children; Starla McCombs and Anthony Quaglietta, two brothers; Edward Yassney, Jr., Matthew Yassney, and maternal grandmother; May Jean Norton (Oscar).

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
