Hephzibah, GA---In loving memory of Jadalynn Adaya Smalls, age 8, who passed on April 19, 2012 to be with her Lord.
A home going celebration will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 28, 2012, in the Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with Reverend Paul Robertson officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue.
She was our beautiful baby that loved life, being happy and going to school. She will be forever deeply loved and missed. Adaya was a sweet princess who was kind, loving and always ready to put others first, especially her sister and two brothers.
Adaya was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Tabitha Stewart, brother, Christopher Stewart, paternal great grandfather, George P. Scarbrough, uncle, Vernon T. Allen, family friends, Mr. Travis Moore and Mr. Brandon Mosely.
Survivors include her mother, Stephanie Lynn Stewart, father, George Christopher Smalls, brothers, Jermiah Elijah Smalls, Daniel Lytriell Smalls, sister, Brianna Alexis Smalls, paternal grandmother, Linda Smalls, maternal grandfather, Edward Stewart, paternal great grandmother, Linda Scarbrough, aunties, LeQuita Smalls, Gloria Smith and Felicia S. Butler and husband Lafayette, uncles, George P. Scarbrough, Travis McNeal and cousin, Crystal Brown.
The family extends many thanks to everyone, who has shown acts of kindness during this time. Special thanks to all the family and friends, who contributed to the care of Adaya and her siblings; notably Mr. Robert Chapman and Ms. Cassidy Price. In addition, the family expresses gratitude to her best friend at school, Miss Di’Vynne Peterson, our pastor, Reverend Paul Robertson and the Windsor Spring Baptist Church family and an extended list of aunties, uncles and cousins.
