Henry Leon Hicks, Iii

Evans, GA – Henry Leon Hicks, III, husband of 58 years to Peggy P. Hicks, entered into rest on Sunday, August 2, 2015.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Platt’s Funeral Home Crawford Avenue Chapel with Chaplain Dexter Lambert officiating.

Mr. Hicks was U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War. He was an animal lover, enjoyed going to the beach, and was an avid Florida Gator fan.

Additional survivors include, one son, Darryl Hicks (Bridie) of Martinez, GA; one daughter, Katherine Hicks of Stapleton, GA; and one sister Jane Hurst (Julian) of LaGrange, GA.
