Grace E. Mrs. Story

EVANS – Mrs. Grace E. Story, beloved wife of Earl Story, entered into rest on Saturday, October 6, 2012.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Baptist Church with Dr. K.C. Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Story was a retired bus driver with the Columbia County school system. She spent many years organizing trips and cruises for her family and friends, and will be greatly missed.

The family would like to thank Westwood University Health care, for all the care and support from the staff there.

In addition to her husband, Earl, Mrs. Story is survived by a daughter, Earline Hardy (Clayton), three sons, Charles “Bud” Story (Shannon), Bruce Story (Teresa), and Mike Story (Belinda), her sisters, Lillie Mae Black, Eunice Newman, Martha Story and Helen Crawford, a brother, Billy Lewis, six grandchildren, David Efremoff, Renee McHatton, Tammy Lucas, Wesley Story, Brad Story and Jason Story, her great grandchildren, Bryan Cozart, Haylee Cozart, Justin Cozart, McKinley Story, Tate McHatton, Gabby Story, and Brandon Efremoff, as well as her great great grandchild, Abby Cozart.

Pallbearers will be David Efremoff, Wesley Story, Jason Story, Brad Story, Bill Lucas and Russell McHatton.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, October 8, 2012 from 6:00 until 9:00 PM.
