Florence Jones

Mrs. Florence Jones, beloved wife of the late Wyman D. Jones, entered into rest on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at her residence.

Florence was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved the Lord. Her hobbies were, yard sales, fishing, card playing, cooking and gardening. She enjoyed being with her family for special occasions and was always ready to sing her favorite songs.

She is survived by her children; Theresa Ash and Steve Jones (Kerry), her brother; Jerry Stevens, her grandchildren; Theresa “Elaine” Roye (Tim), Sherry Farr (Ray Prince) and Henry Ash Jr. (Kristy), her great grandchildren; Ashley Roye Haile, Mike Farr, Justin Farr, Joshua Roye, Samantha Roye Floyd, Dylan Ash and Chandler Ash, as well as her great great grandchildren, Logan Haile and Forrest Farr.

In addition to her husband, Wyman, she was preceded in death by her son; Larry D. Jones, her parents; Oscar Edmonds and Tessie Stevens, her siblings; Mary “Sue” Carroll, Helen Dempsey, Carolyn Linville, Dorothy Stuckey, Jimmy Stevens and Reba Spivey, her son in law, Henry Ash, Sr., and grandson in law, Michael Farr, Sr.
