Elisabeth Almon

Martinez, GA – Elisabeth R. Almon, 54, entered into rest on Wednesday, April, 20, 2011 at the Medical College of Georgia.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 24, 2011 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Pastor Mike Nickolich officiating.

Liz was born in Germany, the daughter of John and Maria Reichel. She previously worked as an LPN but for the last twenty years she was a homemaker and stay at home mom to her three children. Liz was an incredibly devoted and loving mother.

Survivors include her mother, Maria Reichel, her children, Lynzee Courtney, Zach Almon, Abby Almon, brother, John Reichel, nieces and nephews, Mark Reichel, Jennifer Gibson, Kelly Robinson, Christie Cobb. Elisabeth was preceded in death by her sisters, the late Gabriel Wood and the late Susan Rhodes.
