Charles Ted O'Connor

Augusta, GA – Charles “Ted” O’Connor, son of Helen and Charles J. O’Connor, entered into rest peacefully at home on May 19, 2015.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church with Rev. Gerald Ragan serving as celebrant.

Mr. O’Connor is survived by his wife, Sally; his son Ian (Tara); his sister, Mary Helen Scavullo (Charles); and by his two granddaughters, Lily and Rose, the lights of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School, 1220 Monte Sano Avenue, Augusta, GA, 30904 or The Citadel Foundation, 171 Moultrie Street, Charleston, SC, 29409, or to a charity of one’s choice.
