Carolyn Kitchens Williams

Augusta, GA – Mrs. Carolyn Kitchens Williams, 88, beloved wife of the late Leon C. Williams, entered into rest on Thursday, December 06, 2012 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Dr. Michael Davenport officiating.

Mrs. Williams will be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister who was devoted to her family.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, Phil Williams; her daughters, Phyllis Crider, and Carol Delores Murrah (John); her sister, Louis Knowles; her grandchildren, Dee Dee Jewell, Lori Williams, Chuck Crider, Hillary Murrah, and Courtney Murrah; and her four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her son, Don Ashley Williams; and several of her brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, December 7, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
