William J. Hatcher, Jr.

Augusta, GA - William J. Hatcher, Jr., 85, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
Services will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Rob Watkins officiating. Interment will be prior to the service in the Church’s Columbarium.
Mr. Hatcher was a charter member of Covenant and service as both deacon and elder. He was employed and retired from SRP Dupont and SRS Westinghouse as a draftsman.
He is survived by three children, Edwin Thomas Hatcher (Jodi), Tracy Strickland, Virginia C. White (Daniel); and six grandchildren, Tracy Ann Logan (Daniel), Bailey Blount, William J. Blount, Moses Hatcher, Luva Hatcher and Noah Lepisto.
There will be a reception after the services in the Fellowship Hall at the church.
