William Bill Maddox, Jr.

SAVANNAH, GA---Mr. William C. “Bill” Maddox, Jr., 56, entered into rest on Sunday, August 25, 2103 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with the Rev. Michael Davenport officiating. Burial will follow at West View Cemetery.

Bill had worked at Verifone in Savannah for 14 years and was a Methodist. He was a loving son who will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Carlton and Margie Maddox, many aunts, uncles and cousins and numerous friends.

Pallbearers will be Dino Maddox, Nathan Maddox, Tony Maddox, Perry Maddox, Charles Wood and Ed Muns.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, August 28, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.

If so desired, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the charity of one’s choice.
