Trenton Avery Bruyninckx

Trenton Avery Bruyninckx, 23, of Appling, Ga entered into God’s glory on May 22, 2025.

Trent was born in Augusta, Ga to Joey and Janet Bruyninckx on February 28, 2002. He was a graphic design student at Georgia Southern University where he enjoyed sharing his creativity with other like-minded artistic students.

Trent was a gentle soul who sought peace in every interaction, never conflict. Judgement had no place in his presence – only acceptance. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and joyful spirit. He brought warmth and happiness to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He had a remarkable gift for making others feel welcomed, valued, and loved with his infectious sense of humor, bright smile, and quick wit. Trent lived a life filled with adventure and heart, approaching every moment with curiosity and courage. Everyone who encountered Trenton Avery is a better person for it. Trent’s final act of kindness was seen with the donation of his organs that will live on and save many lives!

Trent is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gene and Linda Hair.

Trent is survived by his brothers, Tanner (Carly) and Tucker Bruyninckx, his niece, Blakely Claire, his parents, Joey and Janet Bruyninckx, his paternal grandparents, David and Marie Bruyninckx, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who feel incredibly lucky to have been part of his world.

The Family will accept visitors Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Platt’s Funeral Home on Belair Road in Evans, Ga. from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church.
