Steven Shelton Green

Steven Shelton Green of Hephzibah, Ga entered into rest at his home with his family by his side on Monday, August 4, 2025 at age 73.

Steven was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 12, 1951 to the late Fred and Flo Green. He is survived by his son, Christopher Green; daughter Pamela (Patrick) Turner; brothers Rex (Melinda) Green and Frederick Green; and grandchildren Michael Gullikson, JP Green, Alex Mims, and Cody Turner.

Steven was in the military (Army) where he traveled the world and landed in Augusta Ga, he obtained an associates degree before retiring at 20 years of service, he also retired from Club Car in Augusta Ga where he delivered golf carts nationwide. He also loved watching baseball but loved the Atlanta Braves.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 8, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Platt’s Funeral Home in Evans, Ga. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Platt’s Funeral Home, Belair Chapel, Evans, Ga. Interment will follow at Hephzibah Cemetery.
