Evans, GA - Services will be held on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Platt’s Belair Chapel for Rodney E. Crutchfield, 47, who passed away on March 4, 2010 in Columbia, S.C. The Rev. Dr. Rodger Murchison will officiate and burial will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens in Grovetown, Georgia.
Mr. Crutchfield was a manager with the Kroger Company and a member of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Crutchfield, a daughter, Catye Crutchfield, both of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, two sons, Michael Crutchfield of Augusta, and David Crutchfield of Clarks Hill, S.C., his parents, L.M. and Bobbie Crutchfield of Augusta, and a brother, Robert Crutchfield of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Honorary pallbearers will be employees of the Kroger Company.
Visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Platt’s Funeral Home in Evans.
