Robert Allan Strozier

Robert Allan Strozier, 76 passed away in peace surrounded by family on Friday November 22, 2024, at his home in Evans. 

"Bobby” is survived by his wife Cindy; children Darren and wife Kim, and Brad and wife Addie; and grandchildren Addison and Mason. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Randall Strozier and his brother Randy. 

After graduating from Presbyterian College and postgraduate at The University of Georgia he embarked on a long career in banking in the Augusta area and was a member of St. Paul’s Church. Bobby was well known for the laughter he brought to family gatherings and the workplace as a serial prankster. Beyond his family, his two true loves were UGA Football and The Masters Golf Tournament. 

A visitation will be held at 11:00am on Friday December 6th at Platt’s Funeral Home in Evans with Memorial service to follow at noon. The Reverend Erwin Veale will officiate. Burial will be at Westover Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bobby’s memory to ASPCA or the Ronald McDonald House of Augusta.
