Richard D. Renew

Richard D. Renew, 86, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Shead Renew, entered into rest on Monday, December 26, 2016 at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center.

Mr. Renew was a dearly loved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was proud to have served in the U.S. Army with the 25th Division "Wolfhounds" during the Korean War.

Mr. Renew is survived by his daughters, Joyce Spinks (Jimmy), and Rebecca Durst; his son, Coe Renew; his grandsons, Alex Spinks (Krista), and Jason Spinks (Wendy); and by his great-grandchildren, Jordan, Max, Natalie, Emily, and Jacob.

Per his wishes, no funeral services will be held at this time but the family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
