Randy S. Stacy, Sr.

Randy S. Stacy Sr., 63, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Born to Larry and Loretta (Shrout) Stacy on January 12, 1963, in Middletown, OH, Randy was a proud veteran who was honored to serve in the United States Army. Randy loved riding his Harley, fishing, and most of all, playing music in his garage surrounded by his friends and family that he loved so much.

Randy is preceded in death by his father, Larry Stacy, and sister, Tonya.

Randy is survived by his son, Randy Jr. Stacy (Beth); daughter, Kelly Hudson (Mark); and stepdaughters, Rebecca Miller, Courtney Yarber, and Rachel Hoover; mother, Loretta Stacy; and brother, Larry Stacy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, one great-grandson, and many important people who were close to him, including Sheila Cowgill, Tonya Stacy, Paul Zulock, Gordon Fields, and so many more.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, November 15, at Rolling Meadows Ranch, 421 N. Waynesville Rd., Lebanon, OH, beginning at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in his name.
