Patricia Wallis Perez

Evans, GA – In loving memory of Patricia Wallis Perez, 73, loving wife of the late Jesus Manuel Perez, entered into rest on Saturday, September 29, 2012.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Road Chapel with Pastor Rod Addison officiating. Entombment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include two daughters, Kate Hood of Tamarac, FL, Patricia Perez of Ardmore, AL, son-in-law, Gary Schick of Grovetown, GA, five grandchildren, Gary Schick and wife Amanda, Korey Schick, Megan Hood, Rebecca Hood, Rustem Perez, and one great grandchild, Alaina Anne Schick. In addition to her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, the late Debbie Anne Schick.
