Mary Anne Dressel

Mary Anne Dressel, 81, beloved daughter of the late Harvey Joseph and Gabrielle Dressel, entered into rest on November 5, 2022.

A celebration of Mary Anne’s life will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Kroc Center Augusta with Major Jonathan Raymer officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Kroc Center. Interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery.

Mary Anne was a lifelong resident of Augusta and retired from University Hospital. She was an avid sports fan especially when it came to her Bulldogs, Falcons, Braves and Greenjackets. Mary Anne also loved bowling and was a member of the Exceptional Bowling League of the CSRA. Her true loves were her sisters and her Lord and Savior. She will be missed by many.

Mary Anne is survived by her sisters, Kathleen “Katherine” Holcomb and Myrtle Williams; her special caretakers, Jean Giles, Father Damian and Nancy Williamson; and her cousins, Sharon Jones (JR) and Deborah Dietschler (Steve).

Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Exceptional Bowling League of the CSRA.
