Mrs. Lynn C. Mizzell

Augusta, GA – Mrs. Lynn Creech Mizzell, 58, beloved wife of Corbett Mizzell entered into rest on Monday, April 18, 2011 at the Georgia Health Science University (formerly MCG).

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Burdette officiating.

Mrs. Mizzell worked as an LPN at MCG for many years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Mizzell is survived by her son, William Marty Sims; her two daughters, Joy Sims and Summer Sims; her two brothers, John Atkinson and Bobby Creech; and by her grandchildren, Emily Peters, John Codi Prickett, Kayla Collins, Maxwell McClung, and Bridget McClung.
