Lois Dunaway

Lois Allen Dunaway entered into rest on March 29, 2025 at her residence.

Lois was born in Screven County, Georgia. She resided in Midville, Georgia and then the CSRA. She spent the last 32 years in Augusta, GA. She retired from the Medical College of Georgia as a clerk in the tumor registry.

Lois was the beloved wife of Charles M. Dunaway. She loved to work jigsaw puzzles and work in the yard with plants and flowers. She attended Mann-Mize Methodist Fellowship until her decline in health.

Lois is survived by her spouse Charles Dunaway; step daughter, Charlene Whittle (Mark); grandchildren, David R. Allen, Danielle W. Campbell (Mark), Devin W. Henderson (Brian) and seven great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank all those that helped with the care of Lois during the last 2 months.

Per her request, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
