Judy Lynn Combs

Mrs. Judy Combs, beloved wife of Gary Combs, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Wellstar MCG Augusta.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 in the Belair Road chapel of Platts Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.

Judy was born in Childersburg, Alabama in 1961 to Jim and Maryann Evans. She was one of four children. She loved to ride motorcycles and was a member of the F2 Gold Wing Club and will be remembered as a funny and compassionate friend, and a loving wife and mother. She was an amazing grandmother to her two grandchildren, who calls her meemaw. Anyone could depend on Judy as she was the most beautiful, kind hearted woman. She would give you the shirt off of her back and more if she could.

In addition to her husband, Gary, she is survived by her daughter, Angel Combs (Brandon Sanders), her grandchildren, Alijah Sanders and Ozzy Sanders, a sister, Sandra Wesson and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Zachariah Alijah Combs and her brothers, William Clark and Jerry Wayne Glass.
