A funeral service will be held on October 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Platt Funeral Home, 337 North Belair Road, Evans, GA. The burial will follow at Westover Cemetery, Augusta, GA.. Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the time of service 1:00 PM at the funeral home where all are invited to come together to honor Joe’s life and legacy, sharing stories and celebrating the beautiful person he was.
