Jo Sharron Lewis

Jo Sharron Lewis, 80, of Evans, Ga entered into rest on Friday, February 18, 2022. She was born January 8, 1942 in Swainsboro, Ga to parents Oscar and Merdis Hadden.
She worked as a budget analyst at Fort Gordon until her retirement. She was known for always being on the go, attending West Acres Baptist Church, volunteering at Doctor’s Hospital, and being a regular at Evans Fitness Center.
She is survived by her son, Mike (Kelly) Walker; grandchildren, Zachary (Laura) Walker, Shane (Justine) Walker, Kristen (Zack) Baker; two great-grandchildren with two more on the way; and three step-children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Hubert Lewis; and daughter Karen Walker.
A celebration of Mrs. Lewis’ life will be held on Thursday February 24, 2022 at 12:00pm at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Road Chapel 337 N. Bel Air Rd. Evans, GA 30809. The family invites guests to join them for visitation half an hour prior.
