James "Woody" Prather Williams

Woody Williams, of Hephzibah, GA, passed away June 7, 2025 at the age of 51.

 Woody is survived by his parents, Lounetta Odell and Woodrow Prather, his fiancé, Rachael Gruber, his daughter, Heather Letbetter, his grandson, Riley McEver, his sister, Michelle Kelly, his brothers, Ron Jadallah, Josh Prather, Chris Prather, and Jamie Prather, along with many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Woody is preceded in death by his brothers, Dwayne Williams and Donald Williams, his grandmother, Evelyn Davis, and his cousin, Larry Newton (Snapper) 

Woody was loved by his entire family. He will be missed greatly.
