James Michael Shackelford

Augusta, GA – James Michael Shackelford, 66, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 26, 2013.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Westover Memorial Park with Thomas Bacon, Jr. officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Shackelford, two sons, David Johnston and Stewart Johnston, both of Augusta, GA, one brother, Ray Shackelford and wife Brenda of Augusta, GA, one brother-in-law, William C. Hester and wife Janet of Warner Robins, GA, and several special nieces and nephews. Mr. Shackelford was preceded in death by his parents, the late George W. Shackelford and Natalie Bostick Shackelford.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Bacon, Sr., Larry Mangin, David Williams Warr, Gordon B. Hardy, Jr., G. Baxley Hardy, III, and Michael Hester.
