Henry Emil Ruff III

Henry Emil Ruff III entered into rest on Monday, September 23, 2024 at his home in Evans, Ga.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tamatha “Tammy” Ruff; sons Logan Ruff (Cathy) and Collin Ruff (Peyton); daughters Raven Barker (Brandon) and Natalie Ruff; brothers Keith and Kenny Ruff and Carl Ervin; sisters Mary Buckland, Hope Gendreau (Jasen), Magdalene Jewell (Bobby) and Dena Griffith (Jimmy); and grandchildren Logan Barker, Caleb Barker, Lexi Barker, Brandon Barker Jr, and Carter Ruff.

Henry was known as “Buddy” by much of his family. He loved his family and his dogs more than words could ever express. He loved helping others and was very passionate about his country. He enjoyed working in his yard, collecting guns, watching college football; especially the Florida Gators and cooking for others.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Platt’s Funeral Home, Belair Road Chapel, Chaplain Christie McTier officiating. The family will recieve friends one hour prior to the service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA.
