Geraldine Linville, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully in Evans, GA. Born October 18, 1944, in Atlanta, GA. Gerry lived a life marked by quiet strength, service, and love for her family and pets.

She dedicated 25 years to civil service with the Department of the Army at Fort Gordon, GA, working as a secretary until her retirement in 1995. Her commitment, professionalism, and sense of humor made her a valued colleague and cherished friend to many.

Gerry is survived by devoted partner and husband of 38 years, Mel Linville; her son, Jeffrey Odum and his wife Kelly; her adored grandchildren, Nicholas and Katie Odum; and her brother, Michael Cannell and his wife Gail. She will be fondly remembered for her love of animals – especially her beloved dogs – and her unwavering devotion to her husband.
