Frank Seitz passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025, at his home, entering the loving arms of Jesus. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean, and his daughter, Nancy.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, March 24, 2025 in the Belair Road chapel of Platts Funeral Home with the Rev. Benji Wham and the Rev. Christopher Goss officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.

Born on February 28, 1933, Frank lived a life of faith, service, and kindness. He was a graduate of Merchantville High School and proudly served in the United States Navy for 28 years. Following his military career, he worked for Westinghouse Airbrake. He was a member of Mosaic Church and the American Legion Post 192, and his deep faith provided him with unwavering peace throughout his life.

Frank is survived by his daughter, Susan; his son-in-law, Richard Filer; his grandchildren, Megan and Jeff; and his great-grandchildren, Kellen, Greyson, and Paisley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A man known for his warmth and humor, Frank made friends wherever he went. He spent 30 years enjoying life at Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He also loved boating with his brother, Jack, and family in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. He was a beloved member of the Wymberly Retirement Community, where he was well-known for his quick wit and friendly nature. He was a founding member of the Romeo Club at Wymberly and could often be seen riding around in his golf cart, sharing stories and laughter.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Frank’s many friends and neighbors for their prayers, kind gestures, and thoughtful meals. Special thanks are also given to Helping Hands Hospice for their compassionate care.

Frank Seitz will be remembered as a man of deep faith, love, and joy. His legacy lives on through the family and friends who cherished him, and he will be deeply missed.
