Frances McNeal “Rose” Harvey, 78, entered into rest on October 24, 2021.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Harvey is survived by her sons, Thomas Playford (Rhonda) and Daniel Playford (Donna); her daughter, Nicole Rimmer (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Andrew, Angela, Ashley, Benji, Heather, Shannon, Jennifer, Christopher, and Erica; her many great-grandchildren and by her sister, Melba Teague. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Lee McNeal and Viola Rutledge McNeal.
