Emma Lou Nichols

Emma Lou Nichols, age 93, of Evans, formerly of Aiken, South Carolina entered into rest on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.

Emma was born in Murphy, North Carolina to the late Fred Albert Baity and Alice Kilpatrick Baity. She had been a faithful member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Aiken since 1953 and she was a faithful and devoted homemaker to her family- or as she liked to say, domestic engineer.

In addition to her parents, Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Nichols.

She is survived by her two sons, Tony Nichols (Judy) of Nashville, Tennessee and Gary Nichols of Aiken, South Carolina; grandson, Adam Nichols of St. Peters, Missouri; and a great granddaughter, Aubrey Nichols.

Entombment will be private at Westover Memorial Park.
