Elizabeth C Moody

Elizabeth Moody (Liz) of North Augusta, SC entered into rest on January 18, 2026. Liz was born January 22, 1941 in Augusta, GA and remained a lifetime resident of the area. She retired from the U.S. Postal Service after over 20 years of service.

Preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Sadie Connell; her daughter, Linda Dietrich; and her sister, Miriam Burch.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John K. Moody; son John K. Moody Jr. (Helen); and four grandchildren, Ashton Cunio (R.J.), Justin Moody, Selena Dietrich and Karl Dietrich.

The family will have a private burial at West View Cemetery on January 21, 2026.
