Mrs. Doris H. Edwards “Nanny Doris” went to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, August 16, 2021.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
She is survived by her son, Randy Edwards (Terri), three grandchildren, Amanda, MaryKatherine and Brandy Edwards, sisters Nancy Berzins, Angel Lewis and brother William Huff. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Charles E. Edwards, parents William and Dorothy Huff and sister Shirley Prather.
She was a loving mother and wife who enjoyed reading scripture, writing poems, songs and spending time with her family. Mom, you have given so much and asked for so little in return. Thank you for always being there for us, for teaching us, listening to us, helping, and loving us. We were incredibly blessed to have you in our lives.
